LEMON PUDDING CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix (any brand)
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix (doesn't have to be instant)
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil (any brand cooking oil except olive oil)

GLAZE FOR CAKE:

1/2 c. lemon juice
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Beat eggs until fluffy, add water and oil, continue beating until well blended. Add cake mix and pudding mix, beat at high speed for 4 minutes. Use a 9x13x2 (approximate) pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Mix glaze ingredients together. Cool cake for 20 minutes, prick with fork all over cake. Take glaze and dribble over cake.
