PEA SALAD 
20 oz. frozen peas
1/2 c. celery chopped
2 tbsp. onion chopped
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. peanuts

DRESSING:

1/2 c. Italian dressing
1/2 c. sour cream
Pinch of curry

Mix together. Serves 12 to 14
