1/2 lb. butter
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Bring above ingredients to a boil. 1 box Cheerios 1 box Corn Chex 1 box Rice Chex 1 box Wheat Chex 1 box Cheez - It crackers 2 cans mixed nuts

Mix above dry ingredients in large bowl and put in large roaster pan or on cookie sheets. Drizzle boiled mixture on dry mixture. Bake at 200 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
