Put 2 tablespoons cornstarch into measuring cup, spoon enough all-purpose flour to fill cup. Sift together 3 times. For 4 cups cake flour: Combine 3 1/2 cups unsifted flour with 1/2 cup corn starch. Sift 4 or 5 times. Use in any recipe calling for cake flour.
