SOUR CREAM-CHILI BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown meat and drain. Stir in beans, soup, taco mix, onion, and 1 cup cheese. Set aside 1 cup corn chips; coarsely crush remaining chips. Stir crushed chips into mixture. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Spoon sour cream on top of casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and reserved chips around edge. Bake uncovered 2-3 minutes.
