PECAN PIE MUFFINS 
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten

Pour into a well-greased and floured pan. Sprinkle the 3/4 cup reserved crumb mixture on top before baking.

Bake at 350°F until top is golden brown and cake tests done. (Glass pan -- 325°F.)
