CHICKEN SALAD 
1 pie crust, baked and cooled
3 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. green grapes, cut in half
2 or 3 red apples, cored and diced
1/2 c. shredded carrots
Approximately 1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
Approximately 1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder

In large bowl, combine chicken, celery, walnuts, grapes, apples and carrots. Mix together mayonnaise and curry powder to taste. Pour mayonnaise over chicken mixture and combine. Spoon into cooled pie crust. Store in refrigerator.
