TOMATO PUDDING 
2 c. bread squares
1 (10 oz.) can tomato puree
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter

Pour melted butter over bread cubes. Boil other ingredients together for 5 minutes. Pour over buttered cubes and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. May be served hot or cold.
