CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 c. regular rice
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. beef broth
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
4 chicken breasts OR thighs

Mix together rice, chicken soup and beef broth. Place chicken skin side up (or may skin the chicken). Pour liquid over chicken. Top with 1 1/2 package onion soup mix. No salt needed. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
