POTATOES BY BRAD 
2 baking potatoes (russet or Idaho)
1 stick butter
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. caraway seeds
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Slice the potatoes (skins on) into 1/4 slices. But butter into 4 pieces. Chop onion. Add caraways. Place all ingredients into aluminum foil and wrap tightly. Place on grill for approximately 15 minutes per side. Check for tenderness. Finally, add cheese and serve.
