ACINI DE PEPE SALAD 
1 box acini de pepe (cooked and drained)
1 (No. 2 1/2) can fruit cocktail
1 med. can pineapple chunks
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
2 1/2 c. fruit juices, drained from above fruit
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 lg. containers Cool Whip
1 bag colored mini marshmallows

Mix juices, sugar, salt, flour and eggs together well. Cook over low heat until thick. Pour over macaroni which is in a large bowl. Mix and refrigerate covered. Also, refrigerate drained fruits. When cool, mix together the whipped topping, marshmallows, drained fruit and macaroni mixture. Great for cookouts...and large parties. Serves approximately 25.
