MUSHROOMS FLORENTINE 
1 lb. fresh washed mushrooms
1/2 c. butter
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) chopped, frozen spinach, cooked & drained
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. minced onion
Garlic salt
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Saute mushrooms in 1/4 cup butter. Mix spinach, seasonings except garlic salt and rest of butter. Put in shallow casserole. Top with mushrooms, cheese and garlic salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through.
