BUFFALO STYLE CHICKEN WINGS 
6 lbs. chicken wings
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 bottle Texas Pete hot sauce
Dash of garlic salt

Clip off chicken wing tip at first joint. Wash and pat dry. Cook wings over medium heat for 25 minutes or until done. Mix all ingredients in bowl and dip wings. Place on a tin foil covered cookie sheet and let hot sauce mixture dry. When ready to eat, bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
