ARABIC MEATLOAF 
2 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 lg. onion
Bunch of parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. allspice
6 lg. potatoes
2 tomatoes
1/2 c. water

Grind the parsley and onion in the food processor. Mix onion, parsley, meat, salt, and spices well together. Spread the mixture in a pan.

Peel and slice the potatoes; arrange them on the top of the meat -- make sure it covers all the meat. Slice the tomatoes; decorate and arrange over the potatoes. Pour 1/2 cup of water over this. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot.
