WHITE CHILI 
Chili:

1 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 large onions
2 (15 oz.) cans Great Northern beans
5 c. chicken broth
2 (4 oz.) cans mild chillies
2 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. cooked chicken

Cook all ingredients, except chicken, for 1 hour. Add chicken and cook 1 more hour. May be served with topping or without.

Topping:

2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. salsa
1/2 c. sour cream

Mix together and put on top of each bowl of chili.
