QUICK AND EASY BROCCOLI 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. broccoli cut spears
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix soup and sour cream together, put uncooked broccoli in a buttered 8x12 inch casserole. Season. Pour soup mixture over broccoli and top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered 25-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
