MATT'S STRAWBERRY CAKE &
FROSTING
 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
2 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1 pt. fresh (mashed) or frozen strawberries

Mix cake mix, Jello, flour, eggs and water. Beat 2 minutes. Add strawberries plus juice to batter. Mix 1 minute more. Add oil and beat 1 minute. Pour into 2 round or a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool.

FROSTING:

1 c. butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. mashed strawberries
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter and powdered sugar. Add strawberries and vanilla.
