NACHO DIP 
1 lg. carton sour cream
2 cans refried beans
1 lb. cooked ground beef or sausage
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4-1/2 c. milk
1/2 head lettuce
1 lg. jar salsa
Tortilla chips

Spread sour cream on bottom of 9x13 casserole dish. Layer beans and ground beef over sour cream. In saucepan over low heat, melt Velveeta cheese and milk. Then pour over meat. Shred or chop lettuce and spread over cheese after it has cooled, then pour salsa over lettuce. Serve with tortilla chips.

NOTE: Other ingredients to layer are: sliced olives, diced green chilies, diced jalapenos, onion, guacamole.
