BARBECUED GARLIC CHICKEN 
1 sm. tender chicken
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 c. olive oil

Cut the chicken in half or quarters. Mix the remaining ingredients together to make a marinade sauce. Reserve 1/4 cup of the sauce and rub the remainder into the chicken. Leave to marinate for 2-4 hours.

Barbecue or grill the chicken, basting at frequently with the reserved marinate. Serve hot, accompanied by salad or garlic sauce.
