REFRIGERATOR ORANGE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 graham cracker crust (9-inch)
orange segments (optional)

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add milk, orange juice concentrate and orange peel. Pour into crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.

Just before serving, garnish with oranges, if desired.

Yields 6 to 8 servings.
