EASY, FAST CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 cans tomatoes, juice included
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. chopped celery, optional
1 can kidney beans

Brown onions until light brown; add ground beef and celery, if used, and green pepper in pan and cook until soft and meat loses its pick color. Add beans. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Cook slowly, adding more spices or liquid to your taste. Will improve if let rest overnight in refrigerator. For a hotter chili, add more cumin, a dash of chili peppers and use a can of chili beans instead of kidney beans.
