1 can kraut
1 lg. potato, peeled and grated
2 lg. grated apples
1/2 c. minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
6 tbsp. bacon grease

Mix ingredients well and place in baking dish. bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
