BUFLO'S THREE ALARM CHILI 
3 lbs. lean beef, pork, venison or whatever
1 pt. canned tomatoes
3 lg. onions, chunked
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. chili powder
2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. ground comino
1 tsp. leaf oregano

(Seasoned to taste with garlic powder, leaf oregano, ground comino, salt and coarse ground black pepper).

OPTIONAL:

1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
Ground cayenne pepper (to taste)
2 c. cooked beans

Season meat to taste and sear over hot charcoal fire until just crispy outside. Remove from fire and cut into small chunks. Put into crock pot with all other ingredients (except beans). Let simmer until meat falls apart. Skim off all fat then add beans if desired and let simmer for 2 more hours. Thicken with 3 tablespoons flour mixed with water to form a thin paste. The extra heat comes from adding cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes. Don't let it burn!
