HOT FUDGE PUDDING CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. hot water

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. brown sugar

In medium mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Blend in milk, butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour batter into 8"x8" or 9"x9" pan. In small bowl combine remaining topping ingredients (except water). Sprinkle topping over batter. Pour hot water over top. DO NOT STIR. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 15 minutes. Spoon into dishes. Sauce from bottom over top.
