ANTIPASTO SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli, cut in sm. pieces
1 head cauliflower, cut in sm. pieces
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1 can ripe olives, drained
1 basket cherry tomatoes, cut in 1/2
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 bunch green onions, sliced

Mix all together. Mix 1 small bottle Seven Seas Italian dressing and 1 small bottle Seven Seas Creamy Italian dressing. Add to vegetable mixture. Put in large bowl with tight fitting cover. Marinate overnight. Can add turkey, chicken or ham. This makes a large salad, great for potlucks.
