1 chocolate cake mix
1 reg. chocolate pudding
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts

Cook pudding, add dry cake mix. Pour into 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. Sprinkle chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
