FROZEN MOCHA CHEESECAKE 
1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. can condensed milk
2/3 c. chocolate syrup
2 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. hot water
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Pat into buttered 9 inch springform pan into bottom and partway up sides. Chill. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy, add condensed milk and chocolate syrup. In small bowl, dissolve coffee in water, add to cheese mixture. Mix well and fold in whipped cream. Pour into springform pan. Cover. Freeze 6 hours. Garnish with leftover crumbs.
