CHUNKY VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 cans (14 1/2 oz.) ready-to-serve chicken broth undiluted and divided
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen lima beans
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen whole-kernel corn
1 lg. carrot, thinly sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked turkey
1/2 c. cubed cooked ham
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. dried whole basil

Combine 1 can broth and next 4 ingredients in a deep 3 quart casserole. Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap; fold back a small edge of wrap to allow steam to escape. Microwave at HIGH 16 minutes, stirring after 8 minutes. Add remaining can of broth, tomatoes and remaining ingredients; cover and microwave at HIGH 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield: 8 1/2 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
