FIESTA BREAD 
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
1/4 c. minced green peppers
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 lg. loaf unsliced French bread

Combine tomatoes, olives, green peppers and oregano. Cut bread in half lengthwise. Spread each half with tomato mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Cut in slices and serve. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
