MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Place sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in a 2 quart glass dish. Turn microwave on for 3 1/2 minutes. Remove and blend until the mixture is smooth. Add vanilla and nuts. Blend well. Pour into a buttered 8" square glass dish and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 18 to 24 squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
