BROCCOLI, MUSHROOM & RAISIN
SALAD
 
4 c. sm. broccoli flowerets
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
Salt & pepper

DRESSING:

1 egg
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. butter

Whisk together the egg, sugar, mustard and cornstarch. In a saucepan, combine water, vinegar, and salt; boil. Then whisk in egg mixture and cool 1 minute. Add butter and mayonnaise, cool. Combine salad.
