MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
6 oz. can tomato paste
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 env. taco seasoning
1/4 c. water
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
5-6 lg. sized tortillas
2 c. Monterey Jack shredded cheese
2 c. Doritos (broken)

Meat Sauce: Combine and cook until vegetables are tender: Ground beef (browned), onion, green pepper, tomato paste, tomato sauce, chili powder, taco seasoning and water.

Cream Layer: Combine and set aside sour cream, eggs and pepper.

Layer casserole in greased 9 x 12 inch glass pan. Begin with 3 tortillas on bottom 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 cream layer. Repeat layers again, top with cheese, then Doritos. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes until cheese melts over Doritos. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into squares.
