SAUSAGE ROLL 
1 pkg. Italian sausages
2 lg. peppers, diced
2 med. onions, diced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella, shredded
Prepared tomato sauce (approx. 16 oz.)
2 Pillsbury Crusty French breads
24 toothpicks

In frying pan, add enough water to wet pan and cook sausages until done (cut one and check for no redness). Then dice sausages and mix them in large bowl with peppers, onions, and Mozzarella. Cut the 2 breads into 8 even pieces. Roll one at a time as flat as possible in a rectangle shape.

Place portion of mixture on one half of flatbread and top 2 teaspoons of sauce on mixture. Flap the other side of bread to meet ends. Weave 3 toothpicks on each of the sides of roll along the edges as best as possible. Place completed rolls on greased cookie sheets in 350 degree preheated oven and cook to golden (approximately 30 minutes).
