36 Ritz crackers
1/2 to 3/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 lb. coating (I use chocolate chips)

Make sandwiches of peanut butter and crackers. Melt chocolate. Dip sandwiches one at a time in melted chocolate, turn to coat evenly. Place on waxed paper to cool.
