SHRIMP AND MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. cleaned, deveined shrimp
Sauer's Chesapeake Style Seafood Seasoning
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. bread crumbs
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese

Boil shrimp in seafood seasoning mixture according to directions on bottle. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and saute mushrooms. Add bread crumbs to mushrooms just before serving. make a white sauce by melting 2 tablespoons of butter; gradually adding flour; then gradually adding milk. Cook over low heat until slightly thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste to white sauce.

Serve - drained shrimp - top with white sauce - top with bread crumbs and mushrooms - top with Parmesan cheese.
