SOUR CREAM MUFFINS 
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. cooking oil

Sift flour with sugar, soda, salt, and baking powder into a mixing bowl. Combine egg, sour cream, milk and cooking oil. Make a well in center of dry ingredients, add liquid ingredients all at once; mix only until all dry particles are moist. Fill well greased muffin cups two thirds full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until brown.
