CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. light cream
3 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
Dash pepper

In saucepan melt butter; stir in flour, next stir in milk, and finally stir in cream and broth. Cook and stir until slightly thickened; reduce heat. Stir in chicken and pepper; heat through.
