STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
3 boxes fresh mushrooms
3 Martin's Potato Rolls ground into bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. white cooking wine
1 pint claw crabmeat (pick shells out of, if necessary)

Wash mushrooms. Remove stems. Finely chop stems, add bread crumbs, garlic salt, Old Bay, parmesan cheese, eggs, wine and crab meat. Mix well. Stuff caps and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
