SPINACH BISQUE 
2 tbsp. chopped onion
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 pt. half and half
2 (14 oz.) can chicken broth (Swanson)
3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
8 oz. Cheez Whiz
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Cook spinach per package directions. Rinse with cold water and squeeze moisture from spinach. In deep soup type pan, heat chicken broth. Saute onions and butter. Blend cornstarch with above. Add to broth, then add spinach, cheeses, and half and half. Simmer; may refrigerate and reheat. Usually thicker when reheated.
