1/4 c. safflower oil 1/2 c. honey 1/2 tsp. vanilla 4 c. oats, old fashioned 1 c. wheat germ 1 c. sliced almonds 1 c. hulled sunflower seeds 1/2 c. sesame seeds 1/2 c. whole wheat bran 1 c. roasted soy beans Heat first 3 ingredients. Add to remaining ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Spread on 2 oiled cookie sheets and bake in preheated 325 degree oven, stirring twice, about 15 minutes. Store in air tight container in a cool, dry place. Makes 2 quarts. |
