1 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
1/3 c. cream
1 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Accent (MSG, optional)
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
paprika

Mix well biscuit mix and cream. Knead ten times on board lightly dusted with biscuit mix. Roll dough into a circle to fit 9-inch pie pan. Fit dough to pan. Fork edges.

Sauté beef with onions until meat has lost color. Add seasonings and flour. Spread in pan. Beat eggs slightly, blend with cottage cheese. Pour over meat. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 minutes at 375°F. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
