1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 onion, chopped
1 c. broccoli, chopped and cooked
1 c. Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 stick butter, melted

Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1/4 of the melted butter. Spread mixture in greased 7 x 11 inch pan. Pour leftover butter over the top. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
