CORNED BEEF QUICHE | |
1 (9") pie shell 1 can (15 oz.) corned beef hash 1 sm. onion 1 c. cheese 2 tsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 1/4 c. milk Bake pie shell 7 minutes at 375 degrees. Reduce heat to 325 degrees, crumble corned beef hash in pie shell. Sprinkle chopped onion over meat. Top with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over hash and cheese and bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until set. Cool 20 minutes before serving. |
