PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. pepperoni
1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom slices, drained
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Topping:

1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Boil pepperoni 5 minutes; drain on paper towels. Cook and drain spaghetti. Add butter and mix. Add Parmesan cheese and spread in 9 x 12 dish. Cook onion and ground beef; drain. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Simmer 20 minutes and add mushrooms. Layer grated cheese, pepperoni, meat sauce and more Mozzarella cheese. Top with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Cook for made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
