STRAWBERRY PARTY MOLD 
6 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
1 3/4 c. boiling water
10 oz. frozen, sliced strawberries, thawed
8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pt. sour cream
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Mint leaves

Dissolve jello completely in boiling water. Combine remaining ingredients (except strawberries and mint leaves) in blender and then add to jello.

Refrigerate until firm (best overnight). Unmold on serving platter and garnish with sliced strawberries and mint leaves.
