WHITE CHRISTMAS IGLOOS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped raisins
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts
Butter cookies
Whipped cream
Coconut
Vanilla

Cream sugar and butter. Drain pineapple and stir in. Add raisins and nuts. Use 3 cookies for each igloo, spreading filling between them, stacking 3 high. Cover with whipped cream and sprinkle with coconut. Chill at least 2 hours.
