PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 white or yellow cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
3 eggs
1 c. club soda, 7 up, or water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix whole thing on low speed. Then at med. speed for 2 minutes.

Use 9 in cake pan, bake on 350 for 30 minutes, or use tube pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes on 350.

Icing:

1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 envelope whip topping mix
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding

Beat 4 to 6 min. until thick on high high speed until peak forms.

You can keep icing in frig until ready to serve then ice.
