CHICKEN SALAD 
6 boneless chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1 lg. apple, chopped
3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 c. seedless grapes
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 - 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix together and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Serves 6.
