ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 jar taco sauce
1 can green chilies, mashed
10 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
Corn tortillas

Brown beef and onion; drain. Mix soups, sauces and green chilies. Alternate layers of meat, sauce, and cheese over corn tortillas. Bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
