TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

Bring to a boil first 3 ingredients; put in mixing bowl. Add next 3 ingredients and beat. Add next 3; pour out on greased large cookie sheet with side edges. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring to boil first 3 ingredients; add last 2 ingredients. Frost while hot.
